For large-scale industrial setups, electrical safety is of paramount importance. As the electrical installations and appliances within your building are subject to prolonged, repeated use, regular safety inspections are key to ensuring the safety of your workers. In addition, ensuring that your wiring is as robust and safe as possible is incredibly important. Our highly-qualified contractors have the knowledge and experience to advise, design and install your wiring to the highest levels of compliance, and ensure that your appliances continue to be compliant and electrically safe, with regular inspections and re-certification.

No electrical job is too large or too small, and the same applies to the important process of electrical testing.
An EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) is a formal document that proves the safety of an electrical installation following inspection by an approved electrician. Our electricians are NICEIC approved and can therefore provide these periodic inspections for you. EICRs are particularly important for landlords, for change of tenancy or following new installations. Depending on the type and age of installation and the property, EICRs are recommended periodically at varying intervals. We can advise you on the best course of action to ensure that you are always covered, up-to-date and compliant.
We are registered PAT testers, meaning that we can provide PAT certification for all of your appliances. This is important for health and safety compliance if you are a landlord or business owner. A PAT test is a combination of a visual inspection followed by an electrical test signal if it is a class 1 device. All PAT tests are carried out by registered, qualified electricians.
Once your appliance has passed the PAT test, we label the appliance plug with a visible date of pass and date that the appliance is next due for inspection. As with all our services, we pride ourselves on customers service, so we believe that you will use us for your PAT testing every time you need it.
PAT testing is a guarantee of appliance safety. If one of your appliances fails, we can also provide make-safe rewiring wherever possible.

We know that electrical problems can be both confusing and concerning. Our highly-skilled electricians have seen it all though, and we’ll be there to put you at ease, explain the problem to you, and be completely up front on cost. We always put the customer first, and we are focussed on electrical safety, so that you know that with our help, your home is safeguarded against any problems that could arise from faulty electrics.
